Everyday, we have new students in the website having lessons.

If you have encountered students who have a problem on their Skype vc/sound, you may inform us so that we can help you in your students.

We often times offer to the students for a Skype Call Test.

Another thing also is, try to check if the student's ID is okay.

Here are the tips to check the student's Skype ID:

- When you add the Skype ID of your student, and it never pops up, that means, the Skype ID is wrong.

- When you click his/her default picture in Skype, and you did not see any contact information or location, you can make a guess that she/he might have a wrong Skype ID. But this is only a guess. Some students set their privacy setting.

- When you call the the student in Skype and it displays "user not found" hmmmmm, again we will guess about her wrong Skype ID. Because I already tried to call a no user found, but after sometimes, he is online, and he had many successful classes so far.

- When you see the Skype ID of your student in a different character like Korean letters, then that is wrong.

Our regular teachers can send SMS to her students, so you may use that.
